Return and Refund Policy

Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the package is sufficiently prepaid and securely packaged so it arrives with us in good condition.

How to Return

Send us an email with your order number and the products you wish to return.
We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.

Refund
After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.
